The street cat called Midlove

                         where it all begins,  it is  pure and  true Story                                        2017 June                                    

   That was the month of June and the monsoon was on torrential rains I live in a building on the 3rd floor at boat basin, Clifton in terms of the weather the streets had full of rainwater everywhere on the streets anyway I have to go shopping for the grocery I grabbed my umbrella and got rush to shop I have got my bread eggs and tea milk etc, well the main door was opened and winds were just gushing in and suddenly doors banged I heard a noise I rushed to shut the main door up OK everything was looking good and fine despite the weather,

 

 

I make one cup of tea and biscuits to make myself comfortable and put the TV on it was 8:00 pm I made some pasta and enjoyed eating and watching TV wanted to go to bed early all of a sudden power cutoff cause of heavy rain so my fan stopped but the noise of rain still there, anyway I was lying down the bed and trying to get sleep,

out of nowhere, I heard the noise of a cat saying Meaauu, Meaauu,

I got up to check the where noise is coming from it was my closet downside shoe rack I found a Cat, she did not see me but I did she was lying on board and did not look fine, I mean she looks tired and sleepy I was wondering how to deal with it, it was 10:30 pm, stormy monsoon night,

 

 

ok I was wondering when she did manage to enter my flat I didn't see her anyway, I was a bit curious I like cats anyway I was happy to have her, and then I decided to have her and she can live here with me what I did next I pour the milk in a bowl so she can ve something to drink, but she is not appeared out of closet anyway, I don't know when I fell asleep, I woke up at next mornings, I saw the milk bowl was empty, it was a pleasure I felt, I started to make some breakfast, and while having breakfast I heard this noise,meeauu, I turned back and saw she there is a grown cat is starring on me I saw in her she looked weak and I tried to touch her and the same time she was looking for love and care, my instinct told me,

 

 

I was strolling on her back, she,s nodding her tail like she mines, and then she went back to the closet, I said that I had to make some breakfast for her so I boiled an egg and cutter in pieces pour milk into a bowl and served her, she came out from the closet and had her breakfast, I hear a noise of kittens or OMG I said to me I was a shocked and happy mix feeling, don't know what to do,

 

 

 

Outside weather was getting more worst incoming 24 hours says, TV news/

the weather forecast, the flat I live in currently, was for sale and belongs to my one good friend of mine so I had to sell this property, anyway, I was happy so far to have this place to live,

 

back to the cat story, I had a phone call from the local estate agent, they asked me to be in the flat because they have a client who wanted to inspect the property and of course I said, yes, I m here, they arrived in with 15 minutes, a visit is done,

well today i was wondering now how to move on with this new entry ,, the Cat and Kittens , they were three of them very small and cute things on planet, it was source into my life , I decided to have them and look after them , so i took my umbrella and got out to buy something for cat and kittens , and i went to my local shop and the lady she own the shop , i told her about kittens she says , oh good are days are coming up, and she smiled, anyway i don't know what she meant by , but i got everything i wanted to have at home ,the rain has been decided not stop over 24 hours its torrential rain ,, anyway i got back home while i opened the door she were sitting next to waiting to get out the house for fresh air ,, its been now 48 hours she did not moved from kittens, she left the flat but she looks in my eyes like she is looking of assurance to trusting in me, and i felt that, than she left the flat and gone for some fresh air , anyway the rain is still on ,, she didn't go down stairs despite she went upstairs, because Cats don't like water , anyway i put all shopping in their places ,,and feed the cat ,

 I checked the closet to looking kittens are ok they were sleeping on each other, they are cute, I whispered,

 

 

 

 

The rain did stop, thank god, for a while, so I wanted to cook something, I had boiled rice and made some vegetable soup, and then had a cup of tea, yeah,

The mother of three kittens still not returned it is been four hours since she left the house, I was a little concerned about the kittens, and I read in books, that some time mother left the kittens and never comes back, then I've pulled myself together and decided to give her a name, and start thinking which name comes in mind should I give it to her, then I saw the weather and its brought in my mind out of nowhere, mid love,

yes, this is the best name, so I decided to call her, mid love,

but where is she, I went to the main door and I saw she was sitting out to get in, I say, Oh Sweetie, where have you been so long, 5 hours, she was a bit wet, she got in and rushed heading to kittens as she got in the closet, I heard very little noise coming from kittens, anyway she served them milk and she lies down, she became quite weak, though because of labour so I called on of my good friend Daniela, from, Canada, I called her and asked her she has one male cat, so she has cats through the years so she got good experience about cats, you know any way I told her whole Cat story after listened to me she gave me friendly and useful advice she says mother needs lots of calories after giving birth to get recover fast so put on her healthy and calories diet plan

I exactly did as she advised me

 

 

 

 

now she is been here one week and the kittens are cute and innocent mean I can hear a little bit

 

the day is passing by its been four weeks now and the kittens are bitting able to move here and there they were growing fast

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

this property is huge around 1600 sq ft, an apartment flat in building compounds, very busy social, restaurant, and amusement park, making this place nicer and more valued

 

 

 

after 5 weeks I saw the young mom mid love grab the kittens and change the place now she moves to the kitchen base cabinet and made a new home one by one she took all three kittens and moved there

 

 

 

 

 

 

I served them breakfast and all meals on time as much as I could, they were very beautiful and cute I looked after them everything was going well until this day she goes outside and come back usually after 2 or 3 hours until 9 pm but today it been 8 hours she does not show up the kittens are still sleeping it was my concern when they wake who gonna feed them they need mother milk, which is natural

 

 

 

she got home after an all-night party, she is a kinda party girl,

 

 

 

on that night the kittens were not awake I were lying down close to the main door she may come anytime because I don't cat door so I have to open the door to get her into the side flat any way she came back at 2:13 am I called her name mid love, she response, meeauu

she was shattered tired and hungry and she runoff to see her kittens despite all the odds, and let them feed kittens start meauu meauu  were sweet I was in trance but then I got OK at least she got back home, she loves parties

 

 

 

 

The next morning I got up late and was tired, and there noise mieauu the mom I got up looking to see what was going on and what is da issue, she was worrying and asking me to take his kitten which is felled from a shelf, I have picked him up and put him back to frame then she got came back,

 

She always feeds them well and when they go sleep she comes out and comes to me and sits down close, all need it, love,

 

this is the best experience I'm getting through all those matters, Now

Its evening and the kittens are sleeping, she came to me after having dinner, with a wish she wanted to go to one of her friends getting married so she has to go to visit her and I ve to babysit, I said you may go princess, and yes she is gone for at least 5 or 6 hours or maybe more, next morning I got up and rushed to the main door I saw she was sleeping next to the door, looks shattered, maybe from salsa dance any way I let her despite shattered she ran to her kittens and they all got up and noises coming meau meau, now she wanted to change the place again so she took kittens into a bedroom closet

 

 

 

 

 

 

Now the kittens are 6 weeks old, and can run and walk, they try and they look like everything is new for them, the room has a balcony and has some pigeons live upon sealing, mid love always wanted to get these pigeons but she never had so far,

 

 

 

 

 

days are coming and going, well it was Sunday she was taken all kittens with her, and since the kittens live around the building compound, she still visits me sometimes and I still love her,

I did as much I could but I know I could do better, now she is gone it's so quiet here, but she still visits me, a lovely Cat called mid love,
